Pros – Stable environment tied to a strong Automotive OEM. Benefits and pay are good at starting to moderate experience levels, but flatten out in management and senior management areas. Work environment provides advancement for competent individuals. Most areas have a strong sense of familial spirit. Mid-management looks out for the associates, and activly supports their needs.

Cons – Company outlook is focused on the immediate financial impact of any activity. Long term objectives are weak and generally not held to throughout their full terms. Objectives tend to be very transient with daily changes in the "top priority" items.

Advice to Senior Management – Look further to the future and provide clear directives and allow the management team some latitude to achieve those goals.
