Pros

-You can work at your own pace
-You can make good money if you have big cleaning jobs and you can make even more if you sell services under the table.
-You can clean your house and friends houses.
-Flexible hours when going to school.
-No boss standing over your shoulder.

Cons

-No healthcare
-No vacation pay for part time
-Can be long hours
-Manual labor
-No advancement opportunities except if you consider a crew chief and advancement.
-The biggest con is that you work for commission only. So if you're sitting in the shop cleaning out your truck at the end of the day you're doing it for free.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay workers at least minimum wage plus commission and don't make us hang around the shop working for free either.
