Family oriented, hard work recognized(in the beginning), fair to great benefits, accommodating of personal issues, fair pay, controlled growth, ongoing training/education

Cons

Poor communication between departments, resulting in duplicated efforts and supporting departments ignorance. Lack of leadership, seriously unprofessional behavior by a few goes not only unchecked, but almost to the degree of being welcomed, even when informed of by multiple parties, many times over.
