Fairly decent staff to work with, quite a bit of freedom with schedule changes, structured management, large customer base, well known products, well built products

Cons

A lot of stress for very little results, everything is earning driven at the cost of employee morale, customers suffer at the incompetence of middle and micro management, employees suffer due to micro management, strong overhead force to keep pace with revenue gain or loss. Technology development in the organization is slow at it's best and very disorganized. Lots of money is wasted on projects that could have had far better results for far less invested. Projects that could use funding are often ignored or under-funded.
