ProsGreat people and relaxed working environment. Lots of room to grow. Wonderful support staff and realistic expectations from employees. Would definitely go back.

ConsThere are is a lot of employee movement - i.e. people leaving and new hires. So many projects and people that you can get lost in the process.

I have been working at Stantec full-time

Pros: The management is fairly young (30's-40's) and have a better understanding of what drives and motivates younger workers who are replacing retirees. Flex time, work… Cons: While the total number of people in a given department can be large among the company, like 50 wildlife biologists in the company, some departments… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
