Excellent work life balance. Open door policy, managers and high level executives are all open to listen and value your thoughts.

Cons

Low pay as compared to similar jobs outside of Staples. Promotions are not fair or on merit. Brown noses to get higher up, not based on their experience or knowledge level. Bad in promoting people.
