Staples – “Depends on the store”

Pros

At my store, the flexible scheduling is easily the best reason to work. Good people, good store level management make it a place to stay at for the extreme part time. The job as a computer sales associate is easy beyond belief, most of the time spent wandering the aisles trying to help the customer. It's a great job to work on customer service skills and at the store I'm at customer service is truly a high aim.

Cons

The pay is relatively low and the rewards are not as good as i'd wish.

Advice to Senior Management

Realize you need to pay more especially in job markets that are competitve to get the good staff.
