Pros

Stable company and an industry leader with good job security, reasonable salary and benefits and a good customer base.

Cons

Extremely lean labor models in current environment and almost impossible to advance past General Manager in the retail space. Industry is in a secular decline and international sales have disappointed. Future prospects don't look as good as they once did.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop trying to focus on so many things at all once, throwing ideas against the wall seeing if they stick. Focus on what you are good at and what made you successful. Changing the identity of the company will lead to its demise, not to its future.
