I have been working at Staples

    Pros

If you don't have a personal life I highly reccomend working here. The benefits are decent such as stock discount.

    Cons

Management doesn't train or coach you to improve your skills. My manager is to friendly with the Associates and doesn't get rid of employees who slack off. The workplace morale is very low, and management doesn't help you when you want to advance in the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Managers don't listen to the associate ideas, they also usually take all the credit. Managers also have favorite associates who get away with a lot more the certain employees.
