Staples – “Staples; It's NOT that easy”

Pros

Pay is above average for a comparable position...because they can't keep you any other way.

Cons

For the most part, everything but the salary is atrocious. It's a shame, because Corporate Express (pre-Staples buyout) was a place worth working for with competent managers who "got it." The new managers and their new agendas do not mesh with successful business practices.

Advice to Senior Management

Take some time to learn who REALLY makes things tick; you're not right just because you have a title.
