I have been working at Staples full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

lots of training, clean stores, managers are allowed to actually manage not pack out freight good benefits overall decent technology

    Cons

hard pressure sales for service contracts etc. lots of people cheated to make sales look good and that reflected poorly on teams that worked hard and were realistic district manager visits were awful

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make unannounced visits so youre not getting the dog and pony show. back up managers when it comes to disciplining associates make payroll realistic and watch it pay off in sales
