Pros

uncapped commissions, the more you bring in the more you earn

Cons

limited amount of leads, always have numbers to hit. ei number of calls in a day, number of appoiments / wins and so on

Advice to Management

better training for the managers for the ones that have had the same position for years.

    Higher management doesn't really care for small employees , at least a "Hello, how are you!" would be nice

    Pros

    Flexible scheduling, opportunities for advancement, scholarship program, part time benefits (including some vacation time after a year), bonus based on hours worked if monthly budget is met

    Cons

    Pay could be better for CPC considering out profit margin is very high, sometimes unrealistic budgets, there are insane rushes and usually only one associate working in copy center, not much cross training at all so no one can help when there is a rush of people, NO order minimum (15-minute customers could end up only paying $1 for their prints and you can't turn them down), if a customer complains about waiting the managers usually make you do it for them and put them infront of everyone else, no "hours" to bring in a second associate for CPC ever

    Advice to Management

    CPC Associates should follow the L2 payment plan- there's no reason not to, out profit margin is huge, more so than Easy Tech which is L2. It's quite disappointing that I'm still under $9/hr when I see how much profit we are making.
