Current Employee – been working at Staples full-time for more than a year

Pros – uncapped commissions, the more you bring in the more you earn

Cons – limited amount of leads, always have numbers to hit. ei number of calls in a day, number of appoiments / wins and so on

Advice to Senior Management – better training for the managers for the ones that have had the same position for years.
