Great pay and benefits at higher levels.

Concerned with numbers way too much. Micromanaged instead of looking at the BIG picture

    Pros

    Great benefits
    Hiring process
    Leaving the company

    Cons

Too many changing metrics, not enough rewards for employees, employees have too much out on them to sell and not enough reward at the end of the day.

    Advice to Management

Reward and promote and you will get more out of the people who work for you. Acknowledge York people don't just think taking your team for dinner is enough

    Pros

Working hard for the right supervisor and you can move up to General Manager. Hourly associates can work relatively easy & move up quickly.

    Cons

Regardless of your results, if you are not liked by your District Manager, you are marked for termination. You must drink the coolaid & be liked by your immediate supervisors, if not, start looking, because you will either be marked as non-promotable or they will look for any opportunity to terminate your employment.

    Advice to Management

Look into a mirror and ask yourself, have you treated everyone fair & consistant or just the folks you like?
