Pros

Solid work and steady. Fast paced and rewarding.

Cons

Company (and you should not expect otherwise from any company) is uninterested in your family or personal life, nor your ability to incorporate them in your life.

Advice to Management

Do not give the impression of honesty to your employees, truly be honest with them.

    Pros

They give you a paycheck at the end of the week.

    Cons

Pay is terrible, all of upper management is clueless and too focused on making money over the customer's satisfaction.

    Advice to Management

Support the products we do sell, for instance, Staples sells ipad cases al over the store, but no actual Ipads. We also sell the Nexus 7, but no screen protectors or cases. How does that make any sense? DM's calling everyday threating the jobs of everyone in the stores needs to stop. We all know you promised your boss your stores could sell X of Y, but when X is completely unrealistic and you know it is, Why promise it? Tech services are also a joke, everything is automated so we really don't fix computers at all, we just put them through the assembly line and hope it works. Hopefully you don't need parts because Staples usually charges two to three times the standard price on parts.

    Pros

Good Training, Great benefits. The pay was good.

    Cons

Be ready to give your soul to the Easy Button

    Advice to Management

The company as a whole is solid. You will defenitely learn a lot. The biggest draw back is that you have get along with the right people or you are marked for life. Also you have to make the impossible happen or you are of no more value to them. For a company that stressed open door so much, they really didn't want to hear the truth.
