you can easily change positions in the store. they give flexible hours. as long as you do something you keep your job

They expect you to do too much for minimum wage. you end up staying late because you can't get away from helping customers to ask to leave and no one comes to relieve you.

When you don't do your job, don't get stressed and take it out on the employees and then expect them to do your work
