Staples – “Staples EasyTech Associate”

Pros

They are very flexible with schedule. Its not that hard to move up in the company as long as you keep pushing for it.

Cons

salary sucks, specially with all the work they make you do. too much stress. they hardly recognize you for your hard performance. managers barely know whats going on in the store. i'm an easytech associate and i know alot more than any of the managers know about what goes around in the store, which is sad.

Advice to Senior Management

managers should be trained a lot more. they hardly know anything with easytech. all the gm does is sit in the back room and file papers( which is more of a secretary job ) please provide more knowledge to the staples management so they can actually help out regular associates.
