I worked at Staples part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Somewhat easy to move up within the company, benefits are available at part time,

    Cons

Irregular scheduling, poor management, corporate offices have poor communication with the rest of the company, everyone cares more about making the budget goals than customer satisfaction, no concern for employee well-being, company seems to be doing poorly and stores will probably start getting shut down to move to the online market, no full time hours unless you become a manager, very disorganized company structure

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire the management team and start over with people who actually know how to run a store effectively. After helping out at another location, I realized that the store I was working at was actually terrible because of management, not the company itself. Please note that my review only reflects upon that store.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
