Cons

Large bureaucracy, some holdovers from the retail mindset.

    Pros

    Work culture: The workculture is informal and allows freedom to do your work.
    Flexibility: The work hours are flexibible and the onus is for the job to get done; not on the no of hours you put in.
    High Visibility: There is lot of appreciation and visibility on the work that I do.

    Cons

    Salary is not competitive enough.
