Current Employee – been working at StarTek
Pros – Training Pay is the best part.
Cons – Depending on your location, this may vary. But at my location we have calls back to back, so there is no time to do what you want unless your in a special queue, which you have had to be there long enough to get in one, because they don't offer them any longer.
Terrible Pay
Terrible Work Environment, everything broken and outdated.
Management act like you inconvenience them when you need help.
There is no care for employees. They will ditch you without a word
Overall it is a bad experience unless you love being yelled at all day and over working on odd hour shifts that are hard to change.
Advice to Senior Management – Quit
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
