I have been working at Starbucks

Pros

You are given the opportunity to built relationships with your partners as well as customers in a way that is unique to working at a place like Starbucks.

Cons

Although your schedule may vary, it is not easy to take time off unless you have a responsible team willing to pick up hours.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is important to keep positivity going and morale high because the job becomes tiring and an annoyance if the small issues seem bigger than they are. Focus on the big picture.

    I worked at Starbucks

    Pros

The flexibility allowed a great amount of time management for school. Management was present and helped a lot in the experience I had with the company.

    Cons

Not all stores are as well lead as the one I called home, shortly after moving to Arizona and transferring from a positions I enjoyed very much I was run out of the company by and over zealous manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are doing a great job in your business world and bring some great advances to the market that you hand created.
