Pros

You are given the opportunity to built relationships with your partners as well as customers in a way that is unique to working at a place like Starbucks.

Cons

Although your schedule may vary, it is not easy to take time off unless you have a responsible team willing to pick up hours.

Advice to Management

It is important to keep positivity going and morale high because the job becomes tiring and an annoyance if the small issues seem bigger than they are. Focus on the big picture.

    Pros

Great environment, fun brand, excellent customer interaction, competitive salary and benefits

    Cons

Poor leadership decisions resulting in a bloodbath of layoffs, store closings, employee confusion and identity crisis. Poor communication to employees on company changes. We heard it in the media or our customers before the company. Favoritism and overlooked performance issues due to relationhip

    Advice to Management

    Tenure does not equal excellence
