Starbucks – “Fun, but cheap.”

Pros

Its fun and at times rewarding. Nobody really works there for the pay. People usually work for the fun of it or for the benefits. Oh and 30% off is a good thing to have. At the busier starbucks, the tips could be $1-2 an hour. Employees get a free pound of coffee or box of tea every week. Free drinks while you work. No uniforms.

Cons

You need to be very fast and detail oriented at the same time. Low pay for the work required.

Advice to Senior Management

Dont make it too complicated. Its coffee for goodness sake.
