Pros

You can work as many hours as you want by requesting hours at other stores. They are flexible with your schedule. Most of the co-workers are great.

Cons

Overwhelming at times. Some customers are very rude and disrespectful. Cleaning the bathroom is degrading when you look at how some people leave it. There are drug addicts that use the bathrooms.

Advice to Management

Listen to the staff and you will have a smoother running store. You need to trust who you have in order to have a balanced life outside of the store. and most importantly, PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH!

    Pros

You can form a bond with the people you work with much easier because it is such a small space. The hours that Starbucks is open allows a greater opportunity for a flexible schedule. The benefits are given to both part-time and full-time employees. And there are many opportunities for growth within the company as long as an employee is willing to work for it.

    Cons

While working in a small space is good for being able to build relationships between co-workers it can also be bad if there is an issue between two people.
