Current Employee – been working at Starbucks
Pros – Starbucks has some of the best benefits of any other job out there! They cannot be topped. We get medical, dental, vision, 401k, stock, etc.
Cons – The early hours are tiring, but you get used to it. There has also been a lot less guidance from leadership in the last few years.
