It served its purpose as a job for when I was going to school.

ProsYou were able to get as many free drinks as you wanted during your shift. You could take home day old food at the end of the day.

ConsI had to buy extra band aids and wrist bands to cover up my tattoos. Management played favoritism among the staff.

Advice to Senior ManagementThey shouldn't play favorites. By playing favorites and not giving everyone an equal opportunity, the company created tension and rifts among the staff. Management should also listen to staff and not just to the supervisors.
