Pros

Great people, great customers, free coffee!

Cons

My store needed me to work 25+ hours per week, and that was too much with school at the time.

Advice to Management

More involvement in helping baristas continue to learn

    Cons

May take a few weeks to get used to memorizing the drinks, and how to make them. Depending on which store, management can be tough on you.
