I worked at Starbucks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company itself is wonderful. And if you like a fast pace upbeat place than it's the perfect place to work. I learned a lot about myself and teamwork.

    Cons

It all depends on the store manager! My hiring manager was amazing and made me a better person, but when he left the manager that took over was not ready and was the main reason I left.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promotions are not always given to the proper candidates.
