It is a company that really cares about its employees. All the cultural that it throws in your face to study is something that they truly believe in.

Cons

The variety of people, pressure and demand for acup of coffee is literally insane.

    Pros

health insurance for all employees, even part time workers...at a price

    Cons

you are just a number, was injured and harassed at new management appointment; reported offenses to human resources and they did not care in the least. was hired and required to move without relocation reimbursement ($5000) and let go after 3 months due to "company wide management lay off", no compensation or severance.

    Advice to Management

listen to employees, do the right thing, value good workers.
