I have been working at Starbucks part-time for more than a year

    Pros

I loved the pace, the customers and the co-workers. It was a great time. Even though I sometimes dreamed of never-ending lines of cups I always came to work with a smile. Free coffee and benefits for part-time makes it worth it.

    Cons

There was always politics and complaining. You smelled like coffee and milk at the end of your shift. Availability was a nice way to get a decent schedule, but getting time off could be frustrating.

I have been working at Starbucks full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Everyone that I have encountered within Starbucks is always friendly and willing to help. The company is never stagnant, there is always change and innovation occuring along with new opportunities to tackle. I also love the focus on the community and how the company gives back to our communities.

    Cons

Technology is a bit outdated, but improving.
    Pay is okay.
