Pros

Supportive company. Looks out for its employees. They have what's called a Cup Fund that you can apply for if you are suffering a financial hardship. I applied when I was struggling to pay the rent and they helped me out. I worked with some really interesting people and got to know a lot of people in my community. We were a friendly, upbeat staff that genuinely cared about each other and our customers.

Cons

You have to clean the bathrooms and it can be a fairly disgusting job

    Pros

Starbucks is a company that is truly fun to work for, cares about their partners and rewards them for their work. Health care is great, free coffee!

    Cons

Early morning hours, can be high stress in peach hours

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember the Starbucks when it first was founded and the importance of relationships. Take the time to slow down sometime and remember all levels of management make a store successful, not just the SM.
