Pros-flexible scheduling and very good benefits
-good working environment
-chance to meet all people in different proffesions
-you get a better chance in getting hired in other places such as banks and call centers because of the excellent customer service that starbucks is known for.
-high quality training

Cons-less than a dollar raise every 6 months
-wage is just slightly above minimum
-if you have a shitty manager
-people tend to complain a lot, so moderate stress
