I have been working at Starbucks full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Good people, easy to move up in the company, get raises every 6 months (1, 2, or 3% of total hourly wage)

    Cons

Hard work, just above minimum wage

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take it easy with the tasks. We have a lot of duties to do and not enough people on the floor to cover. Raise the hourly wage, it is a hard job for the wage you start at.
