“Wonderful company to work for.”
Current Employee – been working at Starbucks part-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Employee benefit package is excellent and available to employees at all levels of the company. Same-sex benefits are available.
Cons – Within the last ten years the company has opened thousands of new stores. This has meant a slackening of core principals as well as not always having cream of the crop candidates applying for jobs and staffing stores.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
