    Fun, but stressful job for low pay.

    Pros: Free drinks, free weekly pound of coffee beans, stays busy. Fun… Cons: A disproportionate amount of the work is very custodial...LOTS of cleaning, all of the time. Some shifts are quite long and the schedule bounces around.… Advice to Senior Management: Pay your baristas more and create more incentive to become a shift supervisor (dollar paybump + loads more responsibility is not very enticing or satisfying… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
