Pros: 40cent raise after 6 months, free coffee/tea weekly, less stressful… Cons: Bad management in that they move managers around so much it's very hard to… Advice to Senior Management: Find permanent positions for managers so that stores can thrive Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Absolutely Loved Working for Starbucks

Pros: Promoted 3 months in. Amazing atmosphere. Pay is above minimum wage, benefits earned after 90 days.… Cons: Some manager styles are hard to deal with because each… Advice to Senior Management: Policies should be uniform for each store.
