Pros

Great benefits, flexible hours and they train new employees well. They take time to teach you about the company and about your job so you can do well.

Cons

Shifts can be short, four hour shifts for example. I have been told they do this for tax related reasons but it would be nice to work a full shift when I go to work.

    Pros

    Talking to customers is fun, as is mixing (non-alcoholic) drinks.

    Cons

    Dishwashing can get hot, may be uncomfortable.

    Pros

    great benefits - even for part-time
    free drinks when working, discount when not
    free pound of coffee or tin of tea every week
    very social environment
    able to pick up shifts at different stores

    it can be difficult to get the hours you want - i had to fight to get my hours
