I have been working at Starbucks full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people you work with are the most interesting I've ever met in a workplace. These become life long friends. Your customers are like your best friends and your day feels off if you dont see the same people each day.

    Cons

Very labor intensive. Some rude customers. Pay isn't very great. A lot of knowledge of coffee and drinks is needed.

  2. Great workplace, fast-paced environment

I have been working at Starbucks full-time

    Pros

Great benefits including 401(k) even when you first start out, great if you're looking for a satisfying part- or full-time job and a fun workplace.

    Cons

Can be stressful at times if you let the pressure get to you during high-demand peak hours, not necessarily a con though if you use the pressure as motivation
