    Cons

pushy and demanding customers is to be expected.. very snobby at times. some can be very irritating with demands and lack of actual knowledge of the product. also 3 strikes rule for tardiness..

I have been working at Starbucks part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Free Stock, Flexible hours, tuition discounts, community service opportunities.

    Cons

Has its own culture in which there is no room for dissent. Ideas are not always taken to management. My store manager has her favorites and if you aren't one of them, you don't get preferential treatment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your partners more, resolve conflict quickly and efficiently, and please, don't be afraid to tell upper management that you need help!
