I have been working at Starbucks full-time

    Pros

free drinks, good company ethics, organized structure, versatile working conditions due to 1000s of stores. respected company and very recognizable, makes for great conversations outside work

    Cons

overworked and underpaid. can be very stressful because starbucks stores are constantly busy. most customers are picky, anal and rude. takes WAY too long to get promoted to a comfortable amount of income.
