Current Employee – been working at Starbucks full-time for less than a year
Pros – Excellent training. Employees are treated as partners. Part-timers are given benefits.
Cons – For all that is involved in making custom made drinks the base pay should be more than minimum wage to start.
Advice to Senior Management – Develop a system that frees up store managers when they're not working. It would seem as if store managers are at the beck and call of the store 24/7.
