I have been working at Starbucks part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    - treats employees really nicely
    - gives employees stocks in the company
    - pays a little more than jobs of this sort
    - free drinks on shift
    - free pound of coffee or tea every week

    Cons

    - the work gets repetetive. This is the biggest con honestly. It would be a great job if it wasnt so boring.
    - doesnt respect that employees need a work/life balance
    - doesnt pay that much money
