I have been working at Starbucks full-time for more than a year
Pros – Less promotional items compared to a real Starbucks. Health benefits provided by your employer.
Cons – Fast paced, busy, management typically is not directly underneath starbucks, but your employer.
Advice to Senior Management – Give us an in-store GM who works on the floor.
