Pros

Nice benefits, fun atmosphere, decent pay - company invests a lot of time/money/effort in training and coffee education.

Cons

Struggling to find hours at some locations (most are fine).

    Demands teamwork, cleanliness, customer service, and precision.

    Cons

    At least for the store that I have worked, the pay is pretty unreasonable. I felt that the work I did deserved higher pay.
