Great if you're a people person

Starbucks Barista (Current Employee)
Vancouver, BC (Canada)

I have been working at Starbucks full-time for more than 3 years

ProsYou get to connect with customers on a daily basis, and depending on your area and the type of people you get it can be a lot of fun.

ConsLittle pay, little say within the company, no bonuses to speak of.

Advice to Senior ManagementMore incentives to upsell for all partners. Currently if we help our store do very well financially, the only person who gets a bonus is the manager.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
