    I worked at Starbucks

    Pros

Free pound of coffee every week, benefits, a wage+tips, and overall great management!

    Cons

Of course, like any service job, sometimes the customers were annoying. It would get busy during peaks of the day, and there would be stress, but everything would cool down quickly.

Hours are flexible, there are guides to make each beverage, clean environment, good benefits.

    Cons

Dealing with unpleasant, stingy customers trying to scam the system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
