I have been working at Starbucks part-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Demands teamwork, cleanliness, customer service, and precision.

    Cons

At least for the store that I have worked, the pay is pretty unreasonable. I felt that the work I did deserved higher pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increase wages.
