Cons

Micromanaging senior leadership, No dedication to training, Weekly if not daily shifts in direction, flavor of the day management, did I mention micro management?

Advice to Senior Management

Develop a back bone, an internal compass. Hire people who can do the job and then let them do it. Stop tossing the baby out with the bath water!
