Starbucks Barista Seen it All

ProsFlexibility with scheduling.
Job is not difficult.
If you're good with people.

ConsNot enough discipline in the workplace. Seems like its very difficult for bad employees to get fired and you have to pick up all the slack.

Advice to Senior ManagementWork more in the stores. You guys have NO clue what goes on down there.
