Pros

Good working culture, coffee tasting team sessions held 2ce a week. People are very down to earth and approachable

Cons

Lacks structure, a lot of work was done to implement some form of structure in the IT dept

    Starbucks is a good place to start a career in customer service. They empower their staff and encourage creative problem solving.

    Cons

    You smell like coffee all the time. Unless you have a serious caffeine addiction, you get sick of it pretty quickly.
