    I worked at Starbucks as a contractor for more than a year

    Pros

    Good working culture, coffee tasting team sessions held 2ce a week. People are very down to earth and approachable

    Cons

    Lacks structure, a lot of work was done to implement some form of structure in the IT dept

    Invest in more of best practices and methodologies to shape departments
