Pros

fringe benefits, flexible scheduling, relationship with customers

I worked at Starbucks full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Worked my way up from Barista to Store Manager in under 5 years. Great job if you're young and looking for a lot of structured management training. Loved the team I build, loved the free coffee, and loved my experience.

    Cons

The hours. The work life balance. The constant change of processes-- and little control as a manager to actually run a store.

free coffee a week and free drinks while you are working

    Cons

time off, if you get injured be prepared to be put on the back burner since there are a lot of injuries with the company and the hard to advance in the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

try to train employees so they can advance and not limit them so you can keep them with their branch
