Working in Partner Resources

Former Employee - Analyst in Seattle, WA
Former Employee - Analyst in Seattle, WA

I worked at Starbucks part-time (More than a year)

Pros

People are willing to talk to you. Good work life balance. Many people leave the office by 5:30pm.

Cons

Constant leadership changes. Poor technology to support work. Not current information in databases and it is difficult to pull data. Work stops when new leaders come in and it makes getting anything accomplished difficult.

I worked at Starbucks part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, great raises, they treat their employees really well. Plus, you get to know a lot of your customers, and they're often really nice people. And on top of it all, perhaps most importantly, they have REALLY great benefits for part time employees. I was shocked.

    Cons

Terrible music a lot of the time, and if you're like me you'll get over your love of coffee. Plus, whenever I left I'd always smell like coffee...it gets in your hair, your clothes, your skin...yeah. That gets old fast.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work
